All applications submitted through the INDR Music Association Membership Page are formally referred to the INDR Transitional Commission, a permanent governing body operating under the INDR Charter and Association protocols. By submitting your application, you acknowledge that your information will be subject to review, verification, and processing in compliance with INDR’s governing rules.
The Transitional Commission, in partnership with authorized service providers and third-party rights management organizations, reserves the right to
Withhold membership approval if you fail to meet the requirements under INDR’s Charter, Bylaws, or third-party agreements
Important: Membership is not active and access to INDR platforms, systems, royalty disbursements, or benefits is restricted until final approval is issued by the Transitional Commission. No part of the application may be construed as a guarantee of admission or entitlement to INDR services until formally accepted
Legal Notice: Submission of false or incomplete information, failure to comply with verification requests, or breach of INDR policies may result in denial of membership or future disciplinary actions, including but not limited to suspension, withholding of royalties, or termination of membership.
