This comprehensive policy represents a significant milestone in the realm of copyright management.

1. **Leadership Initiatives:**

Under the guidance of Erik Zambrano, Chairman of The Board of Enforcement & Science, and Vice Chairman Kayden Martian, the board has introduced a visionary annual budget for 2024, allocating an impressive $400,000 investment to the Alliance of The International Distribution Rights Institutions of Administration (INDR). This strategic investment includes grants aimed at fostering innovation within various committees.

2. **Enhanced Copyright Protection:**

Vice Chairman Kayden Martian has spearheaded the introduction of new copyright policies designed to empower INDR. These policies grant INDR the authority to claim and investigate potential infringements across various platforms, including websites, social media platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and YouTube.

3. **Expert Appointments:**

To strengthen copyright enforcement and administration, The Board of Enforcement & Science is delighted to announce the appointment of Henry Morgan as Enforcement Specialist. Additionally, Elijah Foster has been appointed as Vice President of Copyright Administration. All legal disputes and claims will be meticulously reviewed by INDR Legal Counsel, led by Akani Weo, Chairman of INDR Legal Action Counsel.

4. **Dispute Resolution Reform:**

The Board of Regulatory & Compliance is taking proactive measures to streamline dispute resolution processes, ensuring the protection of INDR Music Association’s intellectual property.

This annual budget and the accompanying policies have received unanimous approval from all Executive boards. Pending the anticipated approval of the Chief Executive Chairman, they are set to take effect starting November 2023.
